Registration Information

Parents interested in registering their child at one of Lakeland Catholic’s schools are invited to contact the school directly. Principals are happy to provide you with more information on their schools, and give interested parents a tour of the facility.

In order to register your child, please ensure you have the following information:

• Birth Certificate or proof of citizenship
• Any other pertinent information you would like to provide to the school

Registration forms for each of the schools can be downloaded below. Paper copies are also available at the schools or by stopping into the Catholic Education Centre in Bonnyville.
